CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a man who was wanted for his connection to a deadly September crash in Clarksville, officials said.
On Nov. 21, Clarksville police asked for the public's assistance in locating 65-year-old Daryl Ingram of Oak Grove, Kentucky. He was reportedly wanted on multiple charges for his connection to a deadly head-on crash that occurred on Sept. 5 on Ashland City Road (41A Bypass) near Riverwood Place.
According to the Clarksville Police Department (CPD), the other driver involved in the crash —identified as Matthew Bouslog — died from his injuries.
After receiving an anonymous tip, CPD investigators reportedly teamed with the Shelby County Fugitive Task Force to arrest Ingram.
Police said Ingram was arrested in Memphis at approximately 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
In addition to vehicular homicide, Ingram was charged with driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, violating light law and failing to provide proof of insurance.
Authorities added that he is being held on $550,000 bond and is awaiting extradition from Shelby County to Clarksville.
