CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) issued a Silver Alert for a man missing out of Clarksville Friday night.
However, hours later, they reported that the 61-year-old was found safe in Kentucky.
In a social media post, the TBI said George Henderson was missing.

In a follow-up social media post, the TBI added that Henderson left his residence on foot at about 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6. He was last seen wearing dark-colored pants.
"He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance," the agency said.
Anyone who sees Henderson has been asked to call Clarksville police at (931) 648-0656 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. A press release from the Clarksville Police Department also said anyone with information about his whereabouts can call 911 so officers can check on his welfare.
