NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Easter is right around the corner and the search for eggs are on!
As children eagerly wait to fill their baskets with eggs, News 2 has rounded up a list of local events ahead of Easter Sunday.
Saturday, April 12
Bedford County
- Shelbyville First United Methodist Church is hosting an egg hunt at the Old Courthouse at 10:30 a.m.
- Easter egg hunts, vendors, food trucks and more will all be at the Bedford County Ag Center from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Coffee County
- Everyone is welcome to attend Tullahoma Parks and Recreation's Easter Egg hunt at Silver Street Park. According to a flyer, the event will begin at 10 a.m. and feature 2,000 eggs, with 12 prize eggs.
Davidson County
- The Easter Bunny has hidden eggs all over the children's area in Madison Library! From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., kids are encouraged to come find them.
Montgomery County
- Hop over to Civitan Park for a free Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Montgomery County Parks & Recreation. This year's event includes a helicopter egg drop and Adaptive Easter Egg Hunt.
Robertson County
- The City of Adams is hosting a free community Easter egg hunt. The Easter Egg hunt will begin at 11 a.m. and will be held at the Omer Gene Brooksher Pavilion.
Rutherford County
- This year's Easter Drive-Thru in La Vergne will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park.
- Some egg-citing fun is guaranteed to happen at Rutherford Farmers Co-Op on Middle Tennessee Boulevard. The free event will include an egg hunt at 11 a.m.
Williamson County
- Dive into Easter with an underwater egg hunt at Longview Recreational Center. To register for the event, click here.
Wilson County
- Breeden's Orchard is hosting multiple egg hunts for kids based on their age groups. In addition to the egg hunts, attendees will also get the opportunity to make Easter crafts and meet baby animals. To register for the appropriate time, follow this link.
Sunday, April 13
Davidson County
- Fifth + Broadway's Spring Celebration will include face painting, games, caricature artists and the Easter Bunny! The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- First Baptist Church Goodlettsville & Goodlettsville Parks is hosting the 2025 Spring SpeGGtacular Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Moss Wright Park.
Maury County
- Families are guaranteed to have a hopping good time at aMuse'um Children Museum in Columbia! The event from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. will feature the crafts, treats and playtime. To purchase tickets, click here.

- Petting zoo attractions, photo ops with the Easter Bunny and non-stop egg hunts hunts are taking place at Lucky Ladd Farms from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Follow this link to purchase tickets.
- MTSU Panhellenic is hosting a free Easter Egg hunt that's open to the entire community. The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the lawn of the President's home.
Williamson County
The Nashville Franklin Elks will host an Easter egg hunt at 2 p.m. on 485 Oak Meadow Drive. Activities at the event will include arts and crafts, photos with the Easter Bunny, and snacks.
Saturday, April 19
Davidson County
- Hop into spring with Nashville Zoo at Eggstravaganzoo from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Join rangers and staff for the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Long Hunter State Park from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. To purchase tickets, click here.
- Help find 20,000 eggs hidden at Plaza Mariachi's Annual Easter Egg hunt from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.! The event will feature live music, food, and pony rides.
- Approximately 36,000 eggs are waiting to be discovered at Cheekwood. Attendees can enjoy food trucks and musical performances at the Great Spring Art Hop from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Senator Thelma Harper's "Kids are Special Too" Easter egg hunt will celebrate 40 years of community at the Nashville Police Academy along Tucker Road. Families can enjoy live entertain, meet and greet with the Easter Bunny, carnival rides, bounce houses and more. The first egg hunt will reportedly begin at 1 p.m.
- The Sevier Park Community Center is hosting a free event at 2:30 p.m. that includes egg hunts, crafts and games.
Rutherford County
- All are invited to attend the Easter Bunny Bash from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at LC Murfreesboro. The event is free to public and will include face painting, petting zoo, cotton candy, games, and an Easter egg hunt.
- Chevrolet Buick GMN Cadillac of Murfreesboro is scheduled to their annual egg hunt at Blackman High School. Attendees must be on the football field by 10 a.m. to participate in the first hunt.
- Kids aged 1-12 are invited to participate in the annual Smyrna Fire and Police Easter Egg Hunt at 1 p.m. at Lee Victory Recreation Park. Event organizers added the Easter bunny will be on site for pictures.
- The pre-teen/teen egg hunt offers a more challenging hunt for teens at the Linebaugh Public Library from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Whoever finds the golden egg will reportedly win a grand mystery prize. Those aged 10-18 are welcome to participate.
Williamson County
- Enjoy a fun afternoon of egg hunting at Cedarmont Farm. The gates will open at 12:30 p.m., with the first hunt scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. All proceeds from the event will be donated to TN Alliance for Kids. For tickets, follow this link.
- Visit the John P. Holt Brentwood Library on Concord Road from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for pictures with the Easter Bunny and the annual Easter Egg Hunt.
