CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man has died after he was shot at an apartment complex in Clarksville Wednesday night.
The Clarksville Police Department said officers were called to the Summit Heights complex on Paradise Hill Road just before 11 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a male victim with a gunshot wound, but he died as a result of his injuries. The identity of the victim was not released pending notification to his next-of-kin.
Detectives with CPD’s Special Operations Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene to conduct their investigation and collect evidence.
No additional information was immediately released about this ongoing homicide investigation.
