CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- The Clarksville Police Department has turned to the public for help identifying a suspect involved in a shooting last month.

Authorities said they responded to multiple 911 calls about a shooting behind the Walmart in the 1600 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard just before 7:15 p.m. on June 3. The incident happened near the intersection of Quinn Lane and Glenkirk Drive.

When officers arrived, they detained three people at the scene, but after further investigation, law enforcement said they determined those individuals were victims, not suspects.

At the time of the shooting, the department said several apartments along Glenkirk Drive were hit by projectiles, but there were no reported injuries.

Several weeks later, officials decided to ask the Clarksville community for help identifying the shooting suspect, who was seen on surveillance footage walking in the area shortly after the incident.

Police said the male suspect was wearing dark pants and a dark-colored hoodie with "a distinctive design on the front, featuring a large 'H' logo that appears similar to the Houston Astros emblem, outlined by a red and white graphic."
