CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Clarksville police arrested a man in connection with a deadly worksite stabbing.
The Clarksville Police Department said at about 9:39 a.m., Dispatch received a 911 call through the language line reporting that an assault had already happened in the 1600 block of Old Russellville Pike. Two workers had allegedly gotten into an argument that escalated and one of the individuals was stabbed.
The victim was transported to Tennova Healthcare, where he was later pronounced dead. His identity has been withheld pending the notification of next of kin.
The suspect, 24-year-old Cristian Noe Moreno-Henandez, remained at the scene and was present when detectives with the Clarksville Police Department arrived. Moreno-Henandez has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail and is being held without bond.
Clarksville police said that the investigation into this stabbing is active and ongoing and no further information is available as the case pends prosecution.
